Hi Mark:

I just thought you'd like to know how very pleased we are with our new Outback. We loved our Accord, but the Outback is smoother, rides more comfortably and accelerates more effortlessly than the Accord, plus it handles great!

When you add that to the many other great features of the car, like 4-wheel drive, the terrific storage space, the ingenious roof rack, the well designed instruments and much more, there is no doubt that we made the right decision when compared to the RAV-4, the CRV, the Sorento, the Santa Fe and the Equinox.

I honestly don't know why anyone would need or want a better car than this.

I also wanted to thank you and Chris and Ty and Rick for treating us so well. Oh, yes, and the Parts man, I think his name was Kevin. All first rate to deal with. It's nice to know that this dealership has real integrity. This may be corny, but it actually feels like we are now part of a family.
