I arrived 20 minutes early; they serviced my car immediately; they got me out in a tad over 60 minutes, which included a LOF, tire rotation, recall on a wiper motor, and a state inspection. I indicated to John the service manager that I needed to be on the road by 1015 and he had me on the road by 0945. He had two technicians working on my car which is probably how he accomplished that feat. Very satisfied. The new facility looks great, but it's the people that really matter.

My guys at South Boulevard are awesome! They always take good care of me and my vehicle. I was in an unfortunate and potentially dangerous situation with my tire on I-485. It just so happened that I was right at the South Boulevard exit. I drove right over to the dealership and they squeezed me in without an appointment and fixed my tire expeditiously. I was able to work from the dealership while I waited and was able to get back to my office in record time.

Once we decided on the fix, the job was done an hour earlier than expected.
