Had alignment done here and they got it right. Previously had alignment done at a tire shop and tires wore unevenly. Also had CVT fluid changed here and so far so good.

Before leaving on a road trip today, my driver’s side wiper blade started peeling off when I wiped it. A quick call and 20 minutes later new wiper blades installed! That’s excellent service.

Wow, Hayley Huffman is an old soul, she has the work ethic of a baby boomer and the team focus of a Navy Seal. I am extremely impressed. Management at this dealership is spot on with training and execution of optimal customer support. I thought buying a used car from a dealer was going to be a benign experience. I was wrong! I bought a brand new Brz from this dealership in 2018. Overall cars works great, I just had couple minor problems. Both times I worked with Brittany and she was great. First, my coolant level was low, I brought car for a service, they did an excellent job taking care of the problem. They refilled it and ran pressure test to make sure there is no underlying problem with the car. Second time I had a problem with car not shifting well in cold weather. They kept car for several days and gave me a loaner. Even though they could not repro the issue, they did a good job communicating through the process. Once I got car back, I could not repro this problem anymore. I guess I will have to wait for cold weather to see if I will have this problem again. BTW, did I mention 15 minutes state inspection turnaround? You can not beat that :)

I’ve been to the service department twice. The first time for a couple of recalls and the second for mileage maintenance. Both times my advisor was Steven Truong. He was always very polite and helpful. He explained everything easily and with details so I would know what was going on. I enjoy going to the dealership rather than just a typical auto shop because the service team are very knowledgeable about the specific make of car.

Ryan was very polite, and explained what service was recommended for the 30,000 mile maintenance. When he said an engine filter I asked if they could see if it was needed before just doing it. He said yes, it was not needed so they didn't do it. My one complaint is I was there for 2.5 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and free car wash. Ryan did tell me upfront that they were about 30 minutes behind. It makes me wonder what good an appointment is though. By the way the car wash was excellent, they got the front bumper very clean.

I love this dealership. I bought my Subaru from here in 2017 and have regularly been back for tire rotations, maintenance, and oil changes because they treat me and my Subaru so well! Brought my 2018 STI in for its last warranty covered service. My service advisor, Steven Truong, did an incredible job walking me through everything. He new my brakes would have to be ordered and offered me a loaner vehicle. Followed up throughout the process and got the car back to me in tip top shape. This gentleman cares about his role and his ability to communicate and ensure things are running smoothly was greatly appreciated. I would definitely work with him again.

Daniel, a service tech, walker over and put on the new blades in 5 seconds - I was on my way. This is just an example of service that I get every time I go to Subaru South Blvd. Every person who works there is super efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Quality customer care is what this dealership focuses on and it's consistent.

Ryan helped me throughout the process when I needed to bring my Accent in for some factory recalls. These are normally an Inconvenience. But Ryan made this as easy as it can possibly be. I drop my car off before work, they had the loaner car ready for me so I can get to work, they called me when all the repairs were complete, I returned after my workday dropped off the loaner and they gave me back my car. It was the simplest process ever. Everyone was polite and courteous and made something that is normally a pain in the tail a pleasant experience. The dreaded check engine light came on... ugh. Called Subaru South Blvd. and they got me in same day. Not only that, as soon as I pulled in Brittany Schultz was there to greet me. I purchased a pre-owned 2018 Forester — my first car in 15 years. It's also my first Subaru and I LOVE how the car drives and how safe it makes me feel. Steven and Melissa at Subaru South Blvd get how I feel, too. Their attention and service during my first maintenance checkup were impeccable. The same goes for the team who just replaced my front bumper after running over a large boulder on the backside of Grandfather Mtn. The rock came barreling off a steep cliff and lifted both passenger-side tires up about 50 degrees. The car almost tipped over, but didn't. It took two people to lift that rock out of the middle of the road — it's now planted by my garage, serving as a reminder why I drive a Subaru.

Cory enlisted the help of Chris to remove an insert in the console lid so my pocketbook would fit in the storage area. Chris had a great idea to remove just the center section of the insert leaving a frame around the part of the insert that attached to the bottom of the lid. Mission accomplished, and now the Subaru console will no longer get between a girl and her purse!

We just recently moved to NC, when we purchased our Subaru in NY we were told it was free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. Unfortunately, it didn’t carry over to NC. Disappointed and frustrating to say the least. Our Service advisor did what she could in her ability to take care of us. I haven't taken the Bru in for awhile. The wife has been taking it in for its services . I was surprised when I showed up for service this time. The remodeled drop off area and service waiting area is great. Leagues ahead of what it used to be. Drove right in and Steven came right over and got thing started immediately. The amenities in the waiting room were wonderful and appreciated. The Bru was just in for some routine services and I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Steven and Melissa were great to deal with. It is good to see the quality of the service you get from Subaru South Blvd. is as good as the quality of the Subaru vehicle itself.

Another great experience with my 60k service on my Outback. Need a ride to work, no problem. Corey gave me a loaner. Need some additional things done, no problem! Corey made it happen. He escorted me into the service garage and walked me to my car on the way out. He did it all with a smile from the moment I walked in the door at 7:45 am. Corey is a customer service maniac! Give this guy a promotion, a raise and an extra day off for his hard work and dedication to giving customers an overall amazing experience. Keep up the great work, Corey! Awesome dealership! I have bought 2 Outbacks here. Everyone I have dealt with here has been friendly, helpful and "real." Now I am back every few months for service. All the service managers, cashiers, etc have all been nice and I could tell they were trying to get my car serviced quickly so I wouldn't have to spend extra time waiting. I'm from out of state and have taken my car to different mechanics in this area three times for a grinding noise I sporadically heard when applying the brake. No one could hear the noise, nor find anything wrong. Within a few minutes of being at your repair shop, they heard what I was hearing. They not only fixed the problem, but informed me of other maintenance that was due. I appreciate how they kept close contact with me, letting me know everything that was being done and the time frame estimated. I am also thankful that, even though I was from out of town, they allowed me to have a loaner while the work was being done. Thanks again to a wonderful staff that has great customer service skills.

When I pulled up, I was greeted by Brittany Schultz, who took care of everything. She was pleasant and polite. Prices I found to be reasonable even when compared w/ some local shops. If you need someone to talk with about your car, it's maintenance and other options I highly suggest you give them a call. They were even happy to provide me with a car to drive while my car was being looked at. I'll be back for sure. Great experience!

Went in for routine maintenance, both of the associates that helped me- Steven and Pam were great. Someone in the waiting room put on what looked like a horror movie. While I have a pretty twisted sense of humor and can appreciate all of these older folks being disturbed, the quickness of the staff reacting to changing the channel was noticed. Maybe next time..

Went in for some warranty work on my wife's new Ascent. Corey apologized since the 20 minute service would require slightly more than an hour wait. He did not hesitate to offer a loaner, even for only an hour, so that I may get some errands done. I declined the loaner and waited onsite. To my surprise the car's work was done in less than an hour. Kudos to Corey and the Service Team for the friendly and over the top great experience. We will continue to come back to South Blvd Subaru for our cars.

I will always buy Subaru because as a nurse I need a reliable vehicle despite the weather, and they are fun to drive. I will be buying my next vehicle next spring from South Boulevard Subaru because of John Falk in service. Not only has he never steered me wrong, he takes care of making sure my Legacy is in tip-top shape, because, as a nurse, not going to work is not an option.
